The hoax is up!. Pharmaceutical companies make drugs that quickly control or reverse symptoms but many medications have side effects that put people on the never ending treadmill of one medication and then another. Determined to lose weight, lower my blood sugar level, and my blood pressure, I found a way to get healthier without calorie counting or restrictive dieting. But keeping the weight off and my biomarkers normal was a challenge until I created the sensual eating method for enjoying food.
